Trial Period

We offer a 7-day trial at ₹49 so you can evaluate our platform before committing to a longer subscription.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of subscription purchase. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent use of the service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@apnalibrary.com with your account details and the reason for the refund request. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Trial subscriptions (₹49) are non-refundable. Subscriptions used for more than 7 days are not eligible for a full refund.
